These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establish the conditions for using the smartphone application "iTomo" (hereinafter referred to as the "App") provided by MediaLeap Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and us regarding the use of the App. We may establish additional rules and various provisions (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions") regarding the use of the App. Regardless of their name, these Individual Provisions shall constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and the Individual Provisions, unless otherwise specified in the Individual Provisions, the Individual Provisions shall prevail.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration for the App shall be completed when a prospective user agrees to these Terms, applies for registration according to our prescribed method, and we approve such application. We may decline to approve registration applications if we determine that an applicant falls under any of the following circumstances, and we shall not be obligated to disclose any reasons for such denial:

  1. When false information is submitted in the registration application
  2. When the application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms
  3. When we otherwise determine that registration is inappropriate

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

Users shall properly manage their App user ID and password under their own responsibility. Users may not transfer, lend, or share their user ID and password with any third party under any circumstances. We shall consider any access using a combination of user ID and password that matches registered information to be use by the User who registered that user ID. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we shall not be liable for any damages caused by third-party use of a user ID and password.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the App:
